Acoustic Door Bottom Seals Concealed Automatic Drop Down Aluminiu Weatherstrips 915MM

When the door is cloesed, there's a big gap between the door leaf and floor, the noise, dust, wind, insects,cockroach and some other things will through it. The Concealed Automatic Drop Down Door Bottom Seals can settle the problems perfectly. The automatic drop down door bottom seal will be automatically dropped down and then sealed the gaps, when open the door, the seals will be retract into the aluminium shell. Compare with other common surface mounted seals, it will not effect the door appearance, will not scratch the floor.

The 6063 aluminiu alloy shell, silicone sealing strips and stainless steel accessories makes it has the long service life.

Features:

A. BH-M001 be used for wind-proof, dust proof and keeping bugs outside. When the door opened, the hermetic seal will rise up and leave the floor. When the door closed, the frame presses the nut at the end of seal, it will fall down to floor tightly.
B. Properly distance between door and floor :3-16mm
C. Length: 915mm ( could be cut to 800mm). Special size is available.
D. Material :the rubber which is acid-proof, alkali-proof, cold-proof, hight-temperature endurable and anti-aging.

Installation instruction:

Step 1. Make sure the install direction. The end with copper bolt is near to the frame with hinges and the hermetic seal face to floor.
Step 2. Make sure the bottom seal length can fit the door:
The length of BH-M001 bottom seal should be 3-5mm shorter than width of the door if need to make the side plates implant of the door leaf. If not, the length should be same as the door width.
Step3. According to the frame and door size, cut the end without copper bolt to get the proper length.
Step4. Adjust : After installation. Open the door and turn on the copper bolt out or in to adjust the drop down parts to touch the floor slightly when the door closed.

Note: if there are too few ejections, the sealing effect cannot be reached; If there are too many ejections, it is easy to scratch with the floor and damaged the seals when closing the door, so it needs to be repeatedly adjusted to achieve the best sealing effect.
